1. Purpose
These terms govern the ordering of one-of-a-kind HOODLUMROUGE creations (ski masks embroidered and illustrated by hand, made to order after an appointment).
2. Ordering
Every creation is preceded by an appointment. The order becomes firm when: TO BE COMPLETED
3. Price and payment
The price is set during the appointment. A deposit of 30% of the final price is required. Accepted means of payment: cash, bank transfer, gold, cryptocurrency, barter. TO BE COMPLETED
4. Production time
The indicative production time is about 1 month from the appointment. TO BE COMPLETED
5. Delivery or hand-over
Hand-over in person or shipping, in France and abroad. In-person hand-over abroad is possible: travel and accommodation at the buyer's expense. TO BE COMPLETED
6. Right of withdrawal
For a distance sale, the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (article L221-28, 3°). Custom HOODLUMROUGE creations are presumed to fall into this category. TO BE COMPLETED
